1. Who we are

RewardsRush ("we", "us") operates joinrewardsrush.com and related subdomains. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

• Email address: the address you submit so we can email you the bank bonus referral link you requested.
• Reimbursement form details: if you request a RewardsRush reimbursement, we collect what the form asks for (such as name, email, payment handle, and proof of completion) so we can verify and pay you.
• Usage data: standard analytics like pages viewed, referring URL, device type, and approximate location, collected through Matomo.
• Support messages: anything you send us via live chat or email.

We do not ask for and do not store Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or login credentials. Account opening happens entirely on the bank's own website.

3. How we use it

• Send you the referral link and offer instructions you requested.
• Send follow-up reminders, status updates, and (if applicable) pay your RewardsRush reimbursement.
• Answer support questions you send us.
• Improve the site, detect fraud, and measure which offers are useful.

4. Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site, including:

• Resend, to deliver our emails.
• Spiceform and Fillout, to collect reimbursement requests.
• Matomo, for privacy-friendly site analytics.
• Pure Chat, for live chat support.
• Our hosting provider.

We do not sell your personal information. When you click a referral link, the bank or credit union may receive standard referral tracking data (for example, that you came from our link) under their own privacy policy.

5. Cookies and tracking

We use a small number of cookies for analytics, chat, and referral attribution. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work but some features may be limited.

6. Email preferences
