1. About RewardsRush

RewardsRush ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at joinrewardsrush.com and related subdomains. We are an independent referral service that highlights publicly available bank and credit union promotions ("Offers") and, in some cases, pays our own thank-you reimbursement on top of the bank's offer. We are not a bank, credit union, or financial advisor and we are not affiliated with the institutions whose Offers we feature beyond standard referral relationships.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) and a U.S. resident to use the site or claim any Offer or reimbursement. Each Offer has its own eligibility rules set by the issuing bank, and we have no control over those rules.

3. Bank offers

All Offers are provided by the issuing bank or credit union and are subject to that institution's terms, approval, account opening requirements, funding requirements, and bonus payout timeline. Offer amounts, qualifying activities, and availability can change or end at any time without notice. We do our best to keep details accurate but make no guarantee that any Offer will be honored, that you will be approved for an account, or that the bonus will post in any particular timeframe.

4. RewardsRush reimbursements

Some Offers include an optional reimbursement or thank-you payment funded by RewardsRush (for example, a $10 membership donation reimbursement or a $25 thank-you for opening a featured account). To receive a RewardsRush reimbursement you must:

• Use the referral link we email you to open the account.
• Complete every step listed for that Offer (account type, deposit amount, debit transactions, direct deposit, etc.).
• Submit the reimbursement form linked in your email with accurate information, including proof of completion if requested.
• Wait for the bank's bonus to fully post before requesting our reimbursement, unless the Offer says otherwise.

Reimbursements are paid by RewardsRush, not by the bank. Submitting false information, opening accounts you do not intend to keep open, or attempting to game the program disqualifies you from any payment and may result in being banned from future Offers.

5. Email communications

When you request an Offer link we send the link, related instructions, and follow-up reminders to the email address you provided. You can stop these emails at any time by replying with "unsubscribe" or using the unsubscribe link in the email.

6. No financial advice

Information on this site is for general informational purposes only and is not financial, tax, or legal advice. Bank bonuses are generally treated as taxable income. You are responsible for reviewing each bank's disclosures and for any tax reporting tied to bonuses or reimbursements you receive.

7. Disclaimers

The site and Offers are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent allowed by law, RewardsRush is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost bonuses, denied applications, ChexSystems decisions, account closures, or changes a bank makes to its program.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
